Note VT-19 NoticeNote

Note NOTICE: "...I recently obtained a heavy, ceramic coffee mug of VT-19 that had a pilot's handle of "Goodi" on the mug below the squadron insignia. I realize that this is a shot in the dark, but I was wondering if you or anyone in your organization might know who this person is? The mug is in very good condition and doesn't appear to have been used. Thank you, Boyd Waechter IPMS1282@aol.com..." [13OCT2001]

Note NOTICE: "...Trying to locate or contact anyone that knew David "Greg" Russell. He was a YN2 stationed at NAS Meridian, MS in 1977 attached to VT-19. Looking him up for a friend...Walt Stanczyc yujack@megalink.net..." [07JUL2000]

Note NOTICE: "...My name is LTJG Chad E. George currently serving with the VP-8 Fighting Tigers. I am looking for a retired Admiral Wayne D. Bodensteiner (Commanding Officer VS-33). He and my father flew together in VS-33 around 1969 (give or take a year). The Admiral was a LCDR at the time. I have heard from my mom that this man made quite a difference in my father's flying career. My dad, CDR Dan George (Also VS), retired in '93. I was kind of hoping to suprise my dad by finding one of his old Shipmates. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks a lot and Fly Navy...I got the rundown of my dad's squadrons: VS-41 1969, VS-33 1970-72, VRC-50 1972, VT-19 1972-73, and VR-51 1980-85...Chad E. George cgeorge@ime.net..."
