Pre-registration form for VP-10 Reunion PRINT AND RETURN
Thank you for your interest in the Red Lancer reunion. Included below is a partial list of events and the projected cost per person for those events. Due to the large turnout expected, most events are being pre-booked with individual caterers or other providers. For that reason, we need to have prospective attendees complete this pre-registration form and send it back to us as soon as possible. You must pre-register and pay for the Final Dinner/Social at least, but you can pre-register and pay for all events at this time. Please make all checks out to VP-10 Reunion.
23 June 2000:
-Cookout: $8 per person. Price includes burgers and hot dogs as well as sides such as potato salad and coleslaw. Will be available most of the afternoon on the 23rd.
-Golf: Nine-hole course. Price about $10-12 per person. Call (207) 721-2155 to arrange tee time.
-Shuttle Bus: Trip to Freeport. This nearby town is a Mecca for outlet shopping and specialty stores. Anticipated as a great opportunity for a Red Lancer spouse who wants to get out and shop rather than tour a P-3C. No cost to attendees, but we would like to have an idea about the number of interested people.
24 June 2000:
Cookout: $8 per person for food only, $22 per person for food and golf tournament. Will be an on going event at the golf course. Please indicate if you wish to play and your average 9-hole score or handicap so we can organize a better tournament. We are planning an 80-person scramble with assorted prizes.
Final Dinner/Social: Memphis Style Barbecue. $30 per person. You must pay in advance for this event if you wish to attend. Will include your choice of BBQ beef, pork or chicken, potato salad/baked potato, coleslaw, dessert, coffee and tea. We also expect to have speeches/presentation from former Red Lancers and live jazz music.

All other activities listed above may either be paid for now, or at the reunion registration itself. Most of the other planned events are free and will require registration for organizational purposes (such as simulator flights or base tours) only.
