It is my feeling that we have chosen to come together after these many years for camaraderie and fun, to share wonderful memories of what can only be described as one of the best times in our lives. This newsletter and various reunions are the means by which we can do these things.

Everything we do in the future should continue to be in the spirit of that mission. Our objective should be to have all former "Neptune" mates as Association members and to keep you informed of Association activities, programs, and plans.

Your comments and suggestions for improving past programs and activities as well as developing new ones that best meet the needs of all members are eagerly solicited. We look forward to hearing from you.
