A BIT OF HISTORY:  Great Iron Bomber Raid "...VP-94's "Great Iron Bomber Raid." During its annual patrol wing inspection in 1974, the squadron had 11 aircraft on the line - one was at PAR - and on the last day of the inspection we lauched all 11 aircraft within a 20 minute window - The photo actually shows 9 aircraft - We wanted to do a fly over of the base but NAS New Orleans, Louisiana ATC wouldn't approve it..."
